I'll begin by saying that this review is not for EDI Staffing, but rather for a Technical Resource Manager that EDI currently employs; Aaron is a Rockstar. I've always imagined that changing ones career is (or holds the potential to be) incredibly stressful. However, it turned out to be far more pleasant than I expected, at least in my own personal experience. I credit this entirely to Aaron. I am beyond thankful that he [Aaron] took the initiative to proactively contact me when he became aware that I was in the market for a career change. Not only was he proactive at the beginning, but throughout the entire process from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and his level of organization and wide range of expertise was immediately apparent in our very first conversation. Moreover, he demonstrated a rare quality of, what I'll call, "compassionate integrity." Meaning, he very clearly cared a great deal for me (his candidate) as well as for the organization and the position for which, I was in consideration.
