United Kingdom | 26 March 2020Placed order, received a shipping confirmation. 2 days after the next working day delivery deadline, I checked with the courier and they had never received the package. After an email to cellier asking why, I’m told there was a system error and I’m refunded. They get 2* because the response was quick and refund issued immediately, but only after the purchaser has to chase, and no other options given. Maybe I wanted my wine?
