Und danach entschuldigen sich für nichts geben die schuld nicht zu und schicken die ware ab 6 Tag und kleinkram dachten sie können sie mir reindrücken gastro pop was 11 eur das gramm kostet wo sind wir hier gelande ich bin kein endkonsument von drop in das ich sowas annehme 70% kleine Fingernagel Knollen und wollen jetzt kein retour scheine schicken obwohl ich meinte hab das glas nicht geöffnet sagen Entschuldigung geht kein retour scheine bei geöffnete ware obwohl ich vorher gesagt habe die ist ungeöffnet bei den herrschen eigene gesetzt ??????

Habe etwas für Weihnachten bestellt und festgestellt, dass die Qualität nicht entsprechend dem Preis ist! Hatte sofort eine E-Mail mit einer Reklamationsmeldung geschrieben, darauf keine Reaktion. Zwei Wochen später die E-Mail noch mal versendet… Dann bekam ich die Antwort, dass der Reklamationzeitraum überschritten sei! Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass meine erste Reklamationsmail nicht beantwortet wurde, kam überhaupt keine Antwort mehr! Ich finde diesen Umgang sehr unseriös und kann daher dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen!

Deutsche Seite am 18.12. Bestellt mit Lieferzeit von 4 bis 6 Tagen und bis heute nichts gekommen!!! Bei Paket Verfolgung liegt es irgendwo am Flughafen in China. Also war eigentlich klar, dass es zur angegebenen Zeit nicht kommen kann.

What an environmental nightmare. This huge truck parks illegally in front of my house on a gorgeous Sunday -- running the truck the whole time. Blocks the view as, apparently, the rules don't apply for this company. Will not use nor will my inconvenienced neighbors. Rude.
