Terrible service.. over £400 paid for a service the team have happily refused to provide.. no website made. Terrible communication from Gary & Stephanie, who have been rude and condescending to both me, my mother and sister (both of whom have serious health conditions by the way so are susceptible to being taken advantage of in this manner) - would highly recommend going elsewhere based on my experience

My situation was I payed for a new business website, to only get told to go see a solicitor only 2 weeks in. they already had my money and that was the point their attitude changed towards me. There was awkwardness at every point and my website held to ransom until they gave me their idea of a site that would never get a single response. I eventually migrated the site away from them. I had a great experience working with everyone on my website project. I needed a new site to replace my very old website. Now after 6 weeks working with Gary, Stef and all the team, I have my cracking new website. I really did not expect these results, exceptional. This website is a so much quicker and an improvement on my previous little old 4 page site. My new site loads so much quicker on my mobile when I check it now. I just want to mention how great it was to have had the opportunity discuss my all ideas with Gary, before making any payments. I employed Blue Whale to re-design my website. Many months have gone by, and with each set of documents they presented, there were more and different mistakes. I don't think they understand how to build a website! I went to them for a redesign, and they have not even made a single redesign element. Well, one to be fair. They claim redesign meant fixing stuff behind the scenes (although I have seen zero evidence of any changes behind the scenes so I could not say if they have done anything at all). They refused to lift a finger before I had paid in full in advance. I do not consider this good practice, but acceded to the request to get the job done. I was then expected to pay £594 to simply put the website back on to my existing hosting site. When I asked them to provide the documents so that my friend could put the website on to my hosting site, they provided the documents in such a form that it was inaccessible to anyone but them which forced me to stump up the additional £594 just to get access to my own site. They behaved in a scurrilous manner. And I am very unhappy both with the way my job was handled and with the final result. Basically I now have to pay someone else to do the job I wanted done in the first place. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Sorry to say.
