Nailpolish Direct was definitely a great find. Been purchasing from this company for some years now. An app would be great! Trying to multi order when they have their promotions can be a bit of a challenge and sourcing specific colours from brands isn’t always easy either. However, they are my go to when purchasing nail varnishes, just a little perseverance needed. Customer service team are always helpful.

Very happy with my order & the very quick delivery

I'm really disappointed. I've purchased plenty of times from the website and never had an issue. I only purchase Hema Free products and had filtered the website for such products, added 3 items to my basket and checked out. Once I received my order confirmation, I noticed that 2 of the products were not actually Hema Free - something that definitely needs to be looked into. The following statement is on their website "There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by email our team at ************************ with your order number or calling us on 01509 276086. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you'll need to follow our returns process." - I sent an email requesting cancellation & full refund within 5 minutes of placing the order and 7 day later have still not received a response or been contacted. I have sent further emails which have just been ignored. I received the items through the post but I resent having to pay for postage to return said items when I requested full cancellation and refund within the allotted timeframe. Really, really disappointed as they were my go to website for products.

Bought the Apraise eyebrow tint as its advertised as being PPD free, done the patch test on 08.04.2024, behind my ear. During the night I woke up as the back of my ear started itching, woke up in the morning to find that I have had quite an allergic reaction. Now I am severely allergic to PPD in hair dyes and tints so you can understand my excitement when I purchased this, thankfully I done a patch test. The first time I found out I was allergic to PPD was when I died my hair, I ended up in hospital with a swollen head and neck, my airways was on the verge of closing up from the swelling, this is how badly allergic I am. This product quite clearly is not free from PPD as it states which in my eyes is false advertisement and quite frankly dangerous for us that suffer with this allergic reaction, luckily I didn't put it straight onto my face!! I have the evidence of my allergic reaction in my camera roll, its a shame you cant upload photos here. Please do a patch test if you are allergic, they shouldn't be advertising it as PPD free.
