So far not very good. I want to cancel my order and the email they tell you to send keeps coming back to me failed. So you can not get intouch with anyone. That there tells me they are not a good company. I'm going to report them today because that is not acceptable at all.

I like layaway land you know you have the opportunity to lay something away customer service is great I had a problem where the money was going to come out my account and I didn't have it so I wanted to postpone the date for another week and the lady helped me out was very wonderful and doing that for me so I'm excited and I can't wait to get my bed

Contacted within 24 hours to cancel my order, was not done until calling about 3 months later. Was told my money would be refunded, but have not received it. Don't bother e-mailing customer service, as they don't even look at them apparently.

I highly recommend layawayland i have used them twice service is excellent payments are reasonable and best of all they take it right out of my account it's amazing

Everything is good the only problem is that when the automatic payment is do sometimes they forget to charge and then they have to charge me a bigger amount to cover delays.

I have been waiting on my refund for longer then the 10 days they said it would take I have sent numerous emails no one has responded on a couple of days the number for them they claim on a answering machine that due to COVID they can't answer the phone which is ridiculous and makes no sense very unethical business practice customer service still waiting on my money over 600 dollars I'm extremely upset with them and looking into legal action I can take since they can't respond but they can post on there Facebook page smh ...

The customer service representatives went above and beyond to help when my product was unavailable. I was given an alternative and I'm happy

I contacted them several times because I wanted to cancel my order as I found a better deal on a better turntable, I asked for a refund of my 2 payments and never received a reply. This is a scam company. Run away as fast as you can.
