They keep you informed from when your bike will be picked up, who the driver is and when it will be delivered to you. Andy contacted me when everything was arranged, incredibly polite and enthusiastic about the service and made me feel very confident about the delivery of my new motorbike. Tony contacted me on the day with a ETA after a text the day prior to letting me know a rough idea and contact details for him. On the day Tony dealt with my family member moving the bike into the garage and she was met with nothing but enthusiasm and excitement in a very polite manner, a big thankyou to getting my bike delivered safely!

Received my sidecar from a dealer in west Sussex I live in Sheffield and it's a real trek their and back.the dealer took my bike in px so he sorted delivery at his end . Move messaged to say when and what time they would be hear to pick up my bike and drop off my sidecar .
