I contacted Move Motorcycles due to an injury which meant my motorcycle needed transporting 150 miles last minute, due to a house move. Andy was extremely friendly and explained the process on the phone. The price offered was extremely reasonable. From point of contacting Move Motorcycles to collection/delivery, it only took two working days! Cannot fault the service and the driver Tony was extremely friendly and happy to chat. Would highly recommend!

Really good service. Some comms helpful and some a little frustrating such as “we have your bike but can’t give you A delivery date yet” Phil the driver couldn’t have been more helpful

When picking the bike up from the dealership, they noticed rear light was cracked so the dealership had to replace the lens before realising the bike..proves to me they are professional enough and care about their customers... to do this.. and notice the damage... Instead off just chucking in the back off the van

Absolutely amazing service!! Needed a bike collecting from Scotland, some 380+ mikes away, booked for a Tuesday collection after 4pm, collected at 4:30! Delivery was then made Thursday morning. Communication was amazing, emails and texts keeping me in the loop, staff are also amazing, friendly and very professional.... Experts at their job, from securing the bike in the van and transporting it safely, to their ability to unload and deliver to the door, offered to show the bike on and working (my wife took delivery) Will definitely use again....

I had my vmax delivered yesterday by move , all I can say is , the driver was very polite and professional, he gave me a courtesy call to inform me of when he was due to arrive, which was helpful, upon arrival the bike was unloaded very quickly but carefully, very impressed with the service and will not hesitate to use them again
