United States | 17 July 2023Horrible service. Ordered live plants and was sent two dead bare roots. Requested refund five days in a row after two weeks. Have heard NOTHING from them. It was an on-line order thru Walmart who has equally done NOTHING. Refund now please!

United States | 30 May 2023This is a REVISED review of my experience with Domestify. There was an issue of a person who misconveyed information. Unfortunately the pillow did not meet my wife's needs and the pillow had to be returned. The customer service team provided me with the information that I needed to return the pillow. I personally received an apology for the first message that was sent me from the founder of the company. How many people in that position would take the time to write a customer over a misunderstanding/mistaken communication. I sincerely appreciated the fact that the company reads reviews left by customers. To that end, I am taking back my original review and rating my experience as I would have, had not an mistake been made.

Fran was very helpful and responded quickly to resolve the first issue. Several months later a second issue became apparent. Fran was again very helpful. While the verdict is still out on the product itself, Domestify did more than anyone could expect to resolve the problem. Thank you.
