I have not received my song that was promised within 48 hours. I ordered it on February 10, 2025 trying to have it in time for Valentines Day, but as of February 13, 2025 I’ve yet to receive it. I checked the spam folder too and it’s not there. I receive emails encouraging me to make another order, so it’s not like I misspelled the email address it had to go to. I only want what I paid for.

SCAM! I paid for a song that I never received. I checked my email, the spam folder and it was not there. I emailed the company and never received a response. I had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Unfortunately, I have not received my order but get daily emails about placing an order. Per Melody, I should receive my song download within 48hours after placing my order on Feb 1, well it's now Feb 5 and still nothing has come in. I have checked all my Gmail accounts and all the folders but still nothing. I will be glad to update review if I ever get the product, and will give to the end of today before requesting a refund via PAYPAL. I just emailed the company so hopefully this will light a fire under them. Sad, because I was recalling looking forward to receiving for my Hubby.

Ordered a country song for my girlfriend for valentines day and it's absolutely amazing. The lyrics are perfect, the music is on point and it's definitely what I wanted. The song came in 2 days with an instant download. I would highly recommend these guys. Exceptional work, I would give ten stars if I could.

This was SUCH a frustrating experience. I ordered a song for Valentine’s Day for my boyfriend . I provided all the information and was very excited. I selected hip/hop rap and what I got back was a watered down pop version .. most of the lyrics didn’t really make sense so I responded to the request for revisions. I received the rudest email back in all bold letters letting me know that revisions were usually just a name change but they would do a one time revision for me. The lyrics and feel of the song was completely different it felt very rushed and there was still no hip hop or rap sound to it at all in fact the vibe was even slower. I sent an email back asking what I needed to pay to fix it because I just wanted a great product. The response okay give me the exact lyrics and I’ll perform them so now I paid to write my own lyrics .. fine I wrote them sent them back and stressed for the 3rd time that I wanted rap and hip hop ( this is one of the things my boyfriend and I share a love of) she sent it back cut out half of my lyrics and still you guessed it still pop / r and b. At this point I’m just frustrated and not going back and forth .. so my plans are now crushed and I have to search for something else to give him . I am SOOO DISAPPOINTED

I really did like the melody of the first song they produced it’s slow and steady country however the mispronunciation and missing info was the problem, I have stated everything I wanted and they send the second revision which I’m very much satisfied with the lyrics but the melody I didn’t really like because like I said I would wanted it slow and steady like the first one, but then the third revision they send was different again removed again some info I’ve asked to add and the melody has stronger dynamic sound, why I can’t just have the right lyrics and slow steady country melody, It should be a heartfelt emotional feel song, I expect more softer and intimate tone. But all the revised the melody is not it. Very disappointing.

At first, I loved the lyrics they sent to me but it had a slight error with my husband's name miss spelt and the song sent was wrong. I emailed them and less than a few hours I was able to receive an email with an apology and they sent me two different versions of the song with corrected the lyrics as well. The song is very beautiful and well crafted by their team. Would recommend.

My initial impression was good. The first song I received was good, but I was interested in a revision for a more upbeat tempo. When I received the revision, it was a completely different song. The tempo was still slow and the original song I requested for my dad for his birthday turned into a love song to a spouse. I am not sure how that happened, but because of this, I wasn't able to give my dad the song for his birthday.
