As a technician, I understand that any machine can encounter problems, but their service team goes above and beyond to assist customers both before and after the sale. I own the A8 Pro Max, and I’m really impressed with it. Despite logging over 3,000 tough miles, my bike is still running smoothly without any issues!

Aniioki so far has taken my money and not delivered the Bike I ordered getting close to a month now, I have received 3"E" mails telling me to be patient, also saying the bike I ordered is now available. The bike is the dual motor A8 etc I'm frustrated their phone number goes to messages and Aniioki responds when ever they feal like it.

I have tried contacting them every which way possible, they don’t pick up the phone number listed, it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full! They haven’t responded to any of my many emails. I need to change the shipping address and they are just no where to be found to help me. It’s unbelievable and I can’t in good conscious recommend working with this company in any way.

I have an A8 pro max. the ride and handling is perfect. I always recommend the A8 pro max. it is very economical in traffic and can go 200 miles on a full charge. The tyres and bodywork are very well done.

Buying the A8 Pro Dual Motor Bike was one of the best value purchases ever. The bike was taken out and we were given an additional basket, mirrors and locks in other packages which was great value for money. Communication with the seller and delivery was professional.

I have spoken to the company regarding many issues with the A8 pro dual motor, a quality bike that is great for riding around town. There are some minor issues but the company has made great strides in improving the bike!

I purchased the A8 pro dual motor ebike. the bike arrived well packaged and I contacted customer service as I received a grey bike instead of the black bike I ordered. Customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. The bike is fantastic, nothing like my previous e-bike. It is well made and has an amazing battery life, you can ride over a hundred miles on a single charge, I don't have any further to go at the moment but I'm sure two hundredmiles should be doable!

I have just purchased the A8 PRO Max and it is a well made bike that exceeds my expectations and does everything I want in a bike. I will enjoy riding this bike every day. Anyone interested in this bike don't hesitate to buy, you won't have any regrets.

Customer service before and after the sale was superb, friendly, helpful and fast. My new A8 Pro Max Dual Motor ebike was well packed, undamaged and super fast. I've been riding it to the beach for the last two months and this ebike has made it easy for me to get to faraway places, which I really appreciate.

I bought an Aniioki AQ177 dual motor e-bike. It's not a small bike for a woman and I had to cut 20*4' fat tyres from the packaging. I was a bit of a klutz when it came to assembling it as I've never been involved in bike assembly before so I put the front wheel on the wrong way at first but soon got the hang of it. I was also helped by Hanah, the Aniioki customer service agent, and her service was commendable!

My rear motor had some issue and they send me a new one to replace and they are patient. Although I'm really good at this, but I still replace it with the help of my freind and aniioki's service team, appreciate for your help.

I bought the A8 Dual Motor through Curiosity Cafe recommendation. maybe a little big for me, but not a big problem. It's great for my commute and saves me a lot of money over driving. All in all, I'm happy with it.

Seamless service from online ordering to home delivery my AQ177 is now operational and has exceeded expectations in every way. Everyone wants to use it. Very pleased.

I often ride A8 Pro Max ebike to the mountains and even with all my tools I can easily get up there. Assembling it wasn't that hard as it only took me and my brother half an hour and yes, my brother is a mechanic and he also told me that this is a high quality bike. The bike is very sturdy and comfortable to ride.

Very fast shipping, my wife received her first ebike 4 days after ordering the AQ177. the product is excellent and the customer service and support is first class. I also purchased the Saddle bag when I later bought the A8 Pro Max which was also very useful and great value for money. I've had excellent help from Aniioki, they give prompt feedback and send out replacement parts. Now I wish I had ordered the A9 dual motor, but that ebike is a bit overpriced.

Thanks Aniioki. I ordered my A8 dual motor ebike in May with an estimated delivery date of early June. By early June, the website showed that the delivery time had been extended by another two weeks. I contacted support and they my bike didn't need to wait that long.  Then after only four days of waiting, the bike arrived home. This is my first e-bike so I'm still trying out the other functions. It looks great and drives great.

Received my Aniioki A8 pro max electric bike yesterday and took two hours to assemble. The bike arrived in good condition, packed securely and cleanly, and securely fastened inside the box. But the instructions might take a while for someone who doesn't know much about bikes. Other than that, the bike looks solid and good value for money. Looking forward to riding it often.
