This bidet is much better than the ones you buy in Bunnings. No leaks and has soft hand trigger for the job. The connection was simple and easy to install

The product arrived promptly as promised in a well-designed, environmentally-friendly packaging. Installation was simple. And my bum feels so much fresher and thankful for the kind treatment that the bumgun delivers! Now to update our other bathrooms.

Great bumsprayers, bought to replace existing ones which had begun to leak. Spray is much nicer and feels and looks better. The only issue is that due to our type of toilet cistern it wouldn’t connect to the water supply as per the instructions. We have the connection out of the wall, and as a result had to purchase a separate cap to stop-off one of the pipes on the bumgun. Unfortunately we could only find a brass one so it clashes with the black bumgun- it still looks nice enough but would much better if it was all black. That is the main reason why I’m not giving 5 stars. Perhaps you could manufacture these caps/stoppers to match your bumguns so those of us who have toilets where the water-supply doesn’t come out of the bottom of the cistern or isn’t accessible can still use them without having to find an extra part that doesn’t match.

It worked perfectly!

The product works perfectly fine. I came from Argentina, where every house has a bidet, and was really missing this cleaning in my bum. The installation is easy and fast. The delivery also really fast. Only thing to improve, is that is too easy to shoot a really powerful water jet. I think that the trigger should be heavier… but anyway, with some practice you can master it.

As someone who travels monthly to Asia for work, I'm very well versed in the use of bumguns. I can say that these are up there with the best I've used. Very good quality trigger that is easy to control the pressure, starting from barely dribbling all the way to a full clean out. This trigger won't end with you accidentally blasting yourself. Purchased 2 initially, but have since bought a 3rd to finalise all toilets in our house. Great responsive support team also. Highly recommend!
