Excellent service! Ordered a particular vase for my Mother's birthday and it arrived the next day! Under 24hrs delivery time to the Scottish Highlands is incredible. I was nervous about how the vase would fare in the post but the item was really well packaged!

I placed an order and it arrived the next day, it was exactly what I wanted (a beautiful owl from Quail ceramics). Nicely packaged with cards inside saying this is a mother/daughter business and thanking for the support. I’ll admit I was a bit dubious because I hadn’t heard of the website before so I checked trustpilot before ordering, just passing on that favour to others who may feel the same. Excellent service.

Really appreciate the fast service and good prices offered by this company. I've made two orders recently of Quail salt and pepper pots to replace old sets that I had broken and I couldn't find a better price anywhere.
