The purchase detail did not match the items ordered. However an FULL REFUND was duly given, and I retained the goods sent, at the request of PIZZAZZ. This manner of courtesy is mannered excellent. I shall obviously keep PIZZAZZ in mind, should any further purchases of their products apply.

Couldn't believe the service. Ordered on the 20th December praying it would get here in time for Christmas, despite the Royal Mail strikes. Took a risk, used express shipping and it was here on the 22nd. Very grateful for the quick service and the product is perfect too.
