The vast majority of my big order looks and feels fantastic! There are a handful of my bistrot pieces that feel or look a little bit off or misaligned with their handles. I'd hoped to get resolution on those before posting this review so that I could give 5 stars, but that communication is going a little slower than I'd expect. For now I'll just keep the 4 stars and hope for a good resolution. UPDATE: Sabre got back to me about the bad handles and sent replacements. The whole order looks and feels great!

I ordered 6 place settings, realized after hitting "return" that I would like to have ordered 8 sets. I met Sabre know, they encouraged me to place a second order, and they waived the shipping cost, and both boxes arrived together. Merci!

The website was confusing. I ordered the wrong color by accident and when I contacted Sabre customer service said they would not accept an exchange. I am stuck with something I don’t like or want.

if my order arrived quite quickly my order was completely wrong.What was in the parcel had nothing to do with what I ordered. I contacted ombeline and I decided to go to the shop in London for exchange.

J’ai commandé 12 cuillers à dessert le vendredi 27 novembre ( black friday), un couteau à beurre était prévu pour une commande supérieure à 150€ et je n’ai pas eu ce couteau parce que je n’avais pas coché une case, je trouve cela anti-commercial au possible . Je vous signale qu’en mai 2024 je vous ai fait une commande d’un ´ montant d’au moins 650€.. Dommage ..
