Beautiful product, fantastic selection, fast shipping. We bought many pieces in Paris on vacation but decided we wanted only a few more to grow our collection. In the US it is possible to buy only complete sets. Sabre sold individual pieces at a good price with fast shipping. We love it!

Delivered on time and I was kept notified of shipping progress. Recipient liked the gift.

Customer service was friendly on the phone but did not actually do what they said they were going to do. I also incorrectly submitted the ship-to address and immediately called to have this updated and the Sabre customer service rep said it would be taken care of and it shipped to the wrong address. There’s no flexibility or visibility with working with customer service it’s just a phone number with no follow through.

Honestly one of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. After receiving a whole kit, I wanted to return it and exchange it for another color. After 2 emails, I received an answer about my order number, something that was totally not what I wanted, had to send another 2 emails for someone to tell me they don’t do returns from Canada. Maybe stop advertising "Free returns within 2 weeks" on your website?

When I made this order I was led to believe that I could only order and pay foe two knives. Around the 20 pounds nark? Then, I only received one. Not sure how it went so wrong
