Focus is the dugs baws, nae better online shop with the excellent customer satisfaction, whoever gave 1 star is a gypo.

Bought a Carhartt alarm clock. Asked for good packaging, which they did. Arrived in no time from the UK to Portugal. It was a pleasure; highly recommended! Thanks.

Slight hassle as product ordered and order confirmation received was out of stock. Was informed of this the same day and alternative offered. I replied that I wanted what I ordered or nothing and was told that there might be another item available from suppliers. Ten days later I got confirmation that order would be sent to me, and sure enough it arrived. Thanks to Sibs / Graham for going to the extra effort. - appreciated. Sad to see the Glasgow shop have to close

I am french and there was a color error in my order, i sent 3 mails to know what to do and i have not received any response !! I find it very not serious and i would not recommand this seller in France !

I ordered some clothes for my son for Christmas, he wanted a bigger size for one item then all the rest, they didn't have the big size in stock, so they called me and offered to send the same size as all of the other items, and if it didn't fit I could return it after Christmas free of charge and exchange it for a different item if required. I received all of my items within a few days...great service, will definitely use them again.

Came the day after I ordered my Diamond Supply hat. Also came with free stickers, which was a nice wee plus.

they were easy to help, even with inconvenience they were quick to inform me about the inconvenience. However i feel like they don't update their website often.

Had a slight hiccup with the postage but that was at the Royal Mail end and nothing to discredit Focus on. They dealt with it really well, giving me the information I needed and made sure I contacted them if I needed anything else. One of the best sites I've ordered off by far.

All my stuff arrived just when they prmoised. Guy on the phone was really helpful. I'll shop there again.
