United Kingdom | 06 January 2025Whilst SocialSelf has been known for its courses, I had the fortune to come across one of their interactive offerings, the Authentic Attraction Club - a community where men who are looking to improve themselves and learn how to communicate better with women to build meaningful long-term relationships. This has been one of the safest and most supportive spaces I have been a part of where men can truly explore their challenges and struggles without any fear of judgement. Mathew, the head coach, has done an excellent job in facilitating the environment. His leadership has enabled us all to connect, grow and refine our skills. The program includes weekly training calls with live roleplaying exercises where we immediately apply what we learnt, as well as regular community discussions where we reflect on our progress and challenges. The community provides something rare in today's society: genuine masculine camaraderie. As everyone is on a similar journey of self-improvement, we've developed strong, supportive connections that have really enhanced my personal growth.

United States | 20 December 2024Social Self has been wonderful for me personally on my journey of growth. The first call I showed up for, I just observed and listened in on the conversation. I wasn't quite ready to open up at that point. About a month later, I showed up for another one. And I did struggle to open up, but I pushed myself a little further. What's wonderful about working with the people at Social Self is how they welcome everyone no matter where they are at on their journey. This is a genuinely safe space. So, if you're contemplating trying this out, I highly recommend it because this is a judgment-free zone. I'm walking proof because growing up I was the kid who never spoke up in class or shared my voice at all. I waited on the sideline for someone to be interested in what I had to say. And here I am, sharing my voice about my experience with Social Self. Am I still a work-in-progess? Yes! All that matters is that we show up imperfectly with a willingness to learn and grow. Everyone at Social Self understands and cares for people. And they provide actionable steps, tools, and tips to help you on your journey wherever you may be at. I too have felt like I didn't fit in anywhere. I'm still working on opening up more, but with Social Self, I feel like I belong. I'm excited to see where this healing journey takes me next. :)

United States | 09 December 2024I wish I could of knew about SocialSelf sooner in life. When I was growing up out of high school, I've struggle to keep contact with others to become friends, had trouble knowing how to talk to others like blanking out or not knowing what to say; feeling I would say the wrong thing, feeling loneliness, anxious, depressed, stressed, I thought I could cope with this stuff, but as I got older, it was getting worse. I wanted to know how to talk to others to help in social life and friends, but I didn't know who or what could taught me how. My mom came across this site and thought it would help and it did. When I came across SocialSelf I read the free programs/articles. There was so much information that some I knew, but also some I never knew about. I then started to sign up on a free quiz test to see where I was at, and was asked a few questions. After that, I was shortly was emailed by David, the founder of SocialSelf. He gave me free emails every few days on advice and many good things to tell about himself, but also things in social life. I was later offered a program from David I never knew about. I will be honest at first, I was skeptical and almost didn't go with it, but I took a chance to try it out. I'm very grateful I did. To put it short, the one I went first was Awkward to Awesomeness. These programs are easy step by step videos that David, his friend Victor, and other staff have put together on how to talk to others 1-1, group conversations, how to listen, and many more. Probably one of the most transform was Self-Conscious to Self-Confidence. The others programs have helped too. While I can't tell everything in this view, but when I took the course, it has transformed my life for the better. For example, when I was talking to a old friend of mine, I had no idea how to start conversations, or how to keep it going. I would often blank out, say very short answers and would make end it too soon. When I practice with this course, it not only has helped, but has also made my friend and I became very close this very day. When I first started, it's not gonna magically happen all of a sudden. What I mean is depending on where you're at in life; your strengths and weakness, some may be easier than others until you practice them. For me it took awhile; being on the Autism Spectrum, it got better and I could see the instate results. If you give it some time and put effort into it, you will see results! The SocialSelf staff are great! (Shout out to Molly & Matthew) They are very friendly and helpful. The Staff are people who want to help you with your social life because there are so many people out there who have no idea how to take on their social life. They've been through similar experience too. The thing with me is I thought there wasn't anyone who could show and taught me how and it was starting to hurt my health and life. When I came to SocialSelf, it has transformed me and I'm a lot happier in life. There are some area I'm still working on, but I'm a lot better at it then I was back then. I would recommend it. Give it a try. If you're not sure, try out the free programs and see how it goes. And if it does work out, you can try the course/programs to get more information. If something doesn't work out, you can switch a program, get a refund back within 60 days risk free, or contact SocialSelf. I don't know where I'd be without SocialSelf, but it's been a blessing when I found out about it. Thank you David, Victor, and all the SocialSelf Staff who made this possible!

Albania | 15 November 2024Sometimes details make the difference. You add just a question to your conversation or make a small association to the subject and you feel more included. I am a good listener but not a very talkative person. I have tried to adjust my self in conversations in order to make people comfortable talking to me, and I have also seen these details as I bother other people. Although all my efforts for becoming better on creating fast relationships with people, I was missing something that I couldn’t grasp. I learned by David that making people comfortable doesn’t mean that you have to hide yourself and to hide your ideas or your identity. Making a good conversation does mean that all the spotlight should be over other person 100%, and over you 0%. And I learned by the course that conversation is made up by th contribution of both. In contrary just like the flow of the river, you have to be the part of the conversations, with your ideas and your thouhts and your life translated into words. I was missing these messages although I have tried hard for several years to find my path over my communication skills. So for me it was an invaluable experience, and I suggest to everybody that feels like missing something on his/her communication skills.

Norway | 11 November 2024Thank you so much, David and the team for this course! I am taking it for a couple of weeks now and I am really enjoying how my perspective on social interaction changes because of it. Thank you for all understanding, care and encouragement for others that you invested in this course 🙏

Portugal | 01 November 2024Thank you, SocialSelf. The Self-Conscious to Confident course was probably the best money I have ever spent. And this praise would probably be enough...But no. A piece of advice that I was given and which actually worked - even surprising myself - came from one of their free emails - from David A. Morin (SocialSelf's founder). Yes...free email! Talk about bang for the buck. Anyway...You will not regret the wisdom you will obtain from SocialSelf, on your path to become a better you. Thank you again, SocialSelf.

Ireland | 22 October 2024I’ve been taking the Awkward to Awesome course, and have found it really helpful so far. I am still at an early stage but have been able to apply some of the pointers to my everyday social situations and got good results. It felt so nice to find a course that speaks exactly to how I am feeling in social situations, and also to find a community of like-minded people. Recently, I attended a Zoom session on "showing up authentically," which was also a great experience for me. The session was led by Mathew, who created such a safe and engaging environment. His approach was fun, compassionate, and encouraging. I felt a bit more comfortable to be my authentic self and left the session feeling good. I highly recommend SocialSelf to anyone looking to improve their social skills, build confidence, and connect more authentically with others!

United States | 21 October 2024The greatest benefit to this course (I am taking self conscious to confident) is that I am realizing that I am not alone in my struggles with social anxiety. So many people share the same difficulties in life that I do, and it means a lot to me that people share their experiences on this platform. It normalizes these issues and makes it less of a stigma. My biggest struggle with the course is simply being able to stick to it. I admit I have fallen off course in the past few weeks. I do also wish that it was a little less expensive, but I also realize how much time the staff puts in to maintaining the course and putting on seminars, etc.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2024Very good on basics social skills. I remember their emails from some time ago, also great. Latest ones felt a bit too hard-sales, but I still appreciate the value of their free articles and the people running it seem very genuine.

Sweden | 16 October 2024The introduction masterclass was great, but the price of their products are out of this world. As a student, the social competence is important to develop healthy relationships and grow as a person. But as of right now, purchasing these courses is off the table as i do not have that kind of money. Asking people for 4 thousand dollars is just rude.

United States | 05 October 2024SocialSelf helped me practice my social skills particularly about how to keep my boundaries! Matthew had a training call about boundaries and his help had been nothing short of spectacular! I was able to keep my boundaries with certain people I couldn't before that training call and it's a MOUNTAIN off my shoulders that I was able to do that with Matthew's help! I cannot thank you guys enough! Hope you all consider SocialSelf should you decide to join to be as helpful and positive as I have found it! Have a great day from me to you!

United States | 05 October 2024Social self is a great course for people looking to improve their social skills. It's been just a month since I bought the course and I have been very impressed with the kind of initiatives that I have seen. It's not a typical 'see the videos and practice on your own course' but they go the extra mile by trying to form a community and engage the members through video calls and online meetups. I would definitely recommend people who want to improve their social skills to give social self a try !

Germany | 03 October 2024I took the Conversation Confidence course, and it was a great experience. I've struggled with social anxiety my whole life and have tried various approaches in therapy, read a lot of related literature, and didn't expect much from a course I found through an Instagram ad. However, I enjoyed every video, and despite being familiar with the topic, I still learned a lot. After putting the theory into practice, I'm really happy with the results and see the positive changes in my life. The course is well-structured, and there's a section with comments from real people. It's surprising how many of us go through the same struggles, and for me, it was comforting to see I'm not alone.

Canada | 21 September 2024Absolutely amazing company, led by a passionate team dedicated to helping those facing challenges in social situations. Their training materials are abundant, methodical, and packed with valuable insights. I've only completed one course so far, but I’m fully satisfied with the experience. Their weekly meetings, which are free and open to everyone, are a phenomenal opportunity to gain knowledge and share experiences with others. I truly recommend to join their community as a first step to improving your life :)

What's in
Canada | 17 September 2024I recently signed up with social self after weeks of research and getting feedback from people who have taken the course. From day one, I felt very welcomed by the community and the coaches, and the content of the course continues to be just the thing I needed to step in the right direction. From the live community calls to the practical, real world experience given throughout the course , I really feel set up for success. It's tempting to think that you're alone in your experience and no one understands so it's not worth reaching out... but I can promise you there are SO many people who see you and relate in some way to whatever you're going through. No one is an island, and the sooner you start building a bridge of connection to the mainland, the sooner you will begin to see how we're all in this together 🧡 supporting and lifting each other up day after day, strengthening the bonds of fellowship and community. It starts with your first step towards the edge of your comfort zone.

United States | 07 August 2024I was feeling really low self esteem from not being able to really communicate with people well and make friends. Dealing with social anxiety and awkwardness was making it very difficult for me to connect with new people. I found social self through a quick google search, subscribed to the emails and based on those decided to buy into it. I am so glad I did. It has a lot of information that is actually helpful unlike alot of books out there talking about the topic. The administrators are very helpful and make sure you are aware of all the community calls and other info tidbits. With this I actually did have an easier time initiating conversations with people. I am feeling positive about this and hope to make more improvements with it
