I made a mistake and ordered the wrong amount of A1C kit. I was given the invoice to return the product. I returned the product and now waiting for my refund minus postage and 20% restocking fee. I agree with the restocking fee but not the postage, this was supposed to be free and free means free. The man I spoke to was courteous and nice on the phone and patient with me. I did save money when I ordered the correct product, which I ordered today. I will recommend this company to my friends and relatives. I would like to be informed when a sale of the AIC product for home use is on sale.

The order was processed promptly and the package arrived within reasonable time. I did everything online and did not speak to any customer service person. There are 2 tests available in this kit. It is reasonably priced. I read the instructions several times and followed for the first test 2 days ago. Everything worked as expected. I used the second test for my wife today. In step 7B, when I pressed the shaker into Cartridge, it didn't seem to fit snugly - it was a bit loose. I saw the word 'Run' when I was supposed to remove the shaker. I missed this step. I didn't remove the shaker. After the 5 minutes 'count down' I got the word 'QCOK' but the result shown was 'OR 1' instead of the A1C number. I have called the support number and left a message on 2.26.15. Till now I have not received any response.

For the diabetic this is a great at home test kit for AC 1. This kit gives me results in five minutes and the results are the same as lab results but at home. Fast ship. Great company to deal with.
