Unfortunately, the first time around, there was a delivery mix-up, and my parcel was delivered to someone else, who must have decided to enjoy them for themselves! Thankfully, the customer service team was fantastic. They promptly sent another batch to me at no extra cost, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Paid extra for next day delivery for a birthday and Flapjacks did not arrive until well after with little/no communication surrounding shipping even after I followed up with an email to no response- have ordered before with no issues but disappointed recently :(

Delicious flapjacks and coffee as always at HWR this year. Particular favourite was the yogurt, oat and fruit bowl although had to share the banana with the dog!
