Great device!

It is as discripted. Mounting very easy, getting used to lock in the proper way and taking of the pin is inproving with experience. Very happy with the lock!

Comunication was good and after was shipped it arrived fast. The only thing i recommend is to give more feedback to costumer before shipping, so it can see how the request is being processed.

Great product and great delivery service. No extra fees for the UK. Quick response when asking questions before purchase.

Very good customer service! Even after I ordered and received a lock for my BMW Scrambler and I found out my bike has axial brake calipers which does not fit the Roadlok they where understanding. If you have a bike with radial brake calipers I congratulate you. Buy the lock!

Voor mijn merk/type geen shims en geen juiste lengte van de bouten. Ik rijd een ktm 790 duke

Service is great, contacted roadlok.eu to discuss a fitting issue on my bike. They replied within 12 hours and several options were proposed to solve the issue or refund the product. In short 5 stars for the service. But due to the fitting issues and nescesary modifications the overal rating is 4 stars. So far i'm happy with the product and it works great and as advertised.

Voor de KTM 1290 super adventure S bj 2019 is geen pasring voorgeschreven en dient proefondervindelijk uitgezocht te worden om zo de de pin van het slot in de gaten van de schijfrem te laten vallen.

Owner of a Ducati monster I had to buy a Roadlok in 2019 - mostly because the space of the ducati trunk is close to non-existent ;) - and I had the pleasure of using it for a year without any trouble, it's small when in your pocket, convenient to use and without any risk for your motorcycle's wheel if you ever forget it... Then I lost my keys and I took some time to order a new set. When they arrived they didn't work, the cylinder might have been gripping due to the time (5 month) it was not used, some oily residue and/or the dirt of the road... Whatever I used, it did not manage to make the lock work again. I contacted Taco from the customer services of the EU website and he suggested I should always use graphite for the lock. Both for regular lubrification and in this particular situation. Almost as soon as i used it, it worked. The key was working while everything else I tried before failed to do anything. It was sill a bit hard to make it turn and I was a bit scared to use it on a daily basis but it did work. While I was letting the customer service know about that progress, they told me, before I could even share my fears, that they would send a new cylinder with a new set of keys... So much relief for me. My conclusion is that this company have both a great product and a great customer service, and I definitively recommend Roadlok for everyday use. Five stars, no less for them... And remember to always use graphite for the lubrification !

Works great! Happy with it. Just installing it took some more time. Needed to find out the correct spacers. The recommended size was just a bit to long.

Mooi en handig slot. Ik heb het gekocht omdat mijn nieuwe motor geen plaats onder het zadel had om een ​​schijfremslot op te bergen. Ik heb problemen met het verwijderen van de pin als mijn motor niet op een vlakke ondergrond staat, alhoewel het gat in de remschijf mooi uitgelijnd is met het slot. Het is moeilijker om de pin te verwijderen als mijn motor op de zijstandaard geparkeerd staat dan op de middenbok. Ik vind het ook jammer dat er in de handleiding een tabel staat met uitleg voor verschillende merken maar niet voor BMW terwijl de R1250 GS de best verkochte motor van Europa is!
