I was skeptical at first after reading the reviews on this site, but decided to place an order with them regardless due to the price. Order came within a week and was 3/4 of the price I could find on any other online garden site. Would recommend 👌

Do not buy from Patio Life. They seem to just be drop shipping from another company. I ordered a product back in February which arrived incomplete. No support was offered by Patio Life, they simply referred me to another company - which I hadn't bought from. This company has been uncontactable. It's a been nearly three months and still no word. Avoid!

My story starts with me placing a order and 5 days later they said the product was 257. dollars more than what was advertised that is bull crap they took my money and no product this company is very shady I emailed them I text them I called them with no response I’m going to write a review every morning and see to no one else has to be put trust in this company very very bad business and customer service is very very bad don’t be surprised if they screw up again

We ordered a pergola and it turned up on time and it is fab. Really enjoyed dealing with Patio Life, the sales team explained everything I needed to know to build the item and install. Great personal service and customer experience. Defo recommend to anyone.

What a great company to deal with. I bought an outdoor furniture set and the quality was exceptional. Delivery was swift and prompt. Impressed and would certainly buy from Patio Life again. First rate!!

Arguably the worst experience I have ever had with an online store, from start to finish it was an absolute shambles and I gave them every possible opportunity to rectify this whilst remaining extremely patient. In short, I ordered a parasol and base from this company online as I wanted to support a smaller business as opposed to ordering something similar from Amazon and received a phone call days after ordering saying that the parasol was out of stock, I understand that these things happen so agreed to take a larger parasol, whilst on the phone I asked if the base was still in stock and the member off staff said he'd get back to me within the day, they didn't, so began the first of many chases... I chased this company politely to get updates as to the items in my order, the whole time I received excuses and no updates, out of the blue the parasol turned up without a base and they didn't even know it had been dispatched and had arrived!! I never ended up getting the base and emailed asking for a refund, one of the directors contacted me and asked if he could chat further about this, he called me once at an inconvenient time and I tried calling him back on 5 separate occasions and he never returned the call(s). I ultimately had to lodge a formal case with PayPal to get my money back because even after politely asking for a refund they kept delaying it and PayPal closed the case in my favour. I never usually write these types of reviews but this company tested my good will and offered no compensation or apology for such, save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

placed an order on 17th June for a parasol and was advised by both Patio Life and their supplier Norfolk Leisure my order would be fulfilled within 5-7 days. From the outset my order has been handled badly. After receiving my order and taking payment I was then told my colour choice was no longer available and Despite repeated requests for a delivery confirmation and after 12 days I have still not received a delivery confirmation. The customer service at Patio life is non existent. Nobody answers the phone so you're left with a voice mail system where no-one replies to your messages. I've offered Patio-life every opportunity to fulfil this order and all they have done is waste my time. So now I have little choice but to cancel my order and order elsewhere

It started off so well, positive and helpful, now its dropped to poor. Long story short. Checked items was in stock before ordering. Verbal confirmation it was in so ordered. Turns out it wasn't in, but I had to chase for a week and half to find this out. Was promised a call from the director that failed to notify me. Still waiting............. guess what, still waiting........ still waiting....... still......................... waiting looks like I am not getting the apology as promised, just like I was never going to get that item that was promised. Still waiting...... No suprise to see their score dropping all the time Great that I got a reply below, pity it has nothing to do with my order.

We ordered a cast iron chiminea and although a different design to the one we ordered arrived, Pete at Patio Life dealt with our issue promptly and the situation was quickly resolved. The chiminea itself has surpassed our expectations and we are delighted with it and the service we received, we would absolutely recommend this company and are looking forward to our next purchase!

ordered a bbq preparation table, on the promise it was in stock.did not receive till 1 month later. the director blamed it on COVID 19 and couriers. deeply disappointed in false promises. I have edited this review from my original post because I received an apology in which I respect you for that. the item I eventually received was excellent quality.

Cannot speak highly enough of Pete & Patio Life. After being messed around for 7 weeks by high-street retailers, Pete moved mountains to be able to provide a like-for-like product in time for my partners birthday. Even with the difficulties brought about by the current pandemic, this company continues to put customers best interests at heart & provide a friendly and professional service. Thanks again Pete & co., will happily recommended to friends and family.

Broken bowl to chimenea on delivery. Not great communication from PatioLife and took 4 months to sort.....part from China (C19 and all that). BUT when bowl arrived with PatioLife, Peter delivered it himself the next day.....a round trip of 130 miles. Bad start. Great end.

They sent the wrong colour even though they confirmed the colour I ordered but worse than that did not even acknowledge my email about it. Customer Service therefore not good

Appalling service from this company! Cancelled my order without any communication, I had to chase them to then discover the cancellation! No apology offered. Disappointing. Edit: You have just responded below to this complaint from 2019! Please don’t make out this is a current complaint!
