Previously used Malcolm C Foy with great results however this time was not good, conveyencing dealt with by Jill McKay was a disaster, many mistakes made including sending emails to the wrong person and fobbing off complaints with the comment "people make mistakes", not good enough.

Anna has been fantastic throughout. Moving house is stressful and our process was very long (9 months). Throughout she had great communication and answered any questions that we had as first time buyers with no clue what we were doing. I have had the pleasure of instructing Anna Betteridge on multiple house purchases and sales over the years and have always been impressed by her attention to detail.
