I will order 40 size shirt but it's too loose I'm not Happy against fitting

My experience with Roman.luxra is not good.when I placed the prepaidorder nothing has been delivered for more than 15 days.then curiously I inquire through whatsapp.they immediately see my messed. On second day the reply came.it was written that I have not done the payment of one shirt(paid for two shirts).first I should made the payment of one shirt & complete the order than they will deliver the order.i was shocked.it was good for me that I have payment receipts for two shirts.i immediately posted it on whatsapp & said please check on your side.there must be some mistake on your side.no reply came on whatsapp. Then on next day same message received that I have not paid for another shirt.in reply I said that either you are a simple AI related robotic machine or you are like some fraud companies on internet.but still I m trusting you because you continue to respond on whatsapp.i made several phone calls but no response.then after two days of silence there was a message on my whatsapp & they said that one of the shirt which I had selected was sold out,so I should make another choice of shirt.no mention of payment at that time. I selcte another shirt & post it on whatsapp that is this available?aging there was no response for two days.meanwhile I forgot the whole episode.suddeny after two days they masage me that they will deliver my two shirts in two- three days & I have to make no payment.i thought let's see what happens now?.meanwhile I gone out of city for my personal work.& after two days i got message that one courier company will deliver my order on that day.& they delivered. But no one was at my home.so I said you put the parcel on Zoola.the delivery boy put the parcel & went.then I called my neighbor that please take that parcel.they take it. now I m returning to my city & will take parcel from my neighbor.when I will reach the home I will know what I have received & how is the quality of material!!.so let me go to my home & check it.so the experience was bitter till now.they do not make clear that whether I have made payment is full or part after several reminders. One thing I have noticed that they have very good collection of shirts & they immediately see the whatsapp message immediately but don't reply whether yes or no!!let me go to home & check what is in the parcel & how is the quality. So the story stiil remains not completed.hope for the best.
