Zaid conducted a building survey for me in Greenwich in June 2023. Zaid's inspection is very thorough and highlighted a lot of defects that I miss during my viewing. The building survey report is a bespoke report rather than the traditional level 2 or 3 reports. Whilst the report is very detailed, Zaid explains things in a easily understandable manner. The service provided by Zaid is superb. He very accommodating and goes out of the way to explain things to you over a phone call that helped alleviate any worries I had. In my particular instance, there was problems with the roof and he was very patient going through his findings. After further inspections from a roofer I was able to get £10k off the asking price. Highly recommend ZFN if you need a survey conducted!

We asked ZFN to do a full structural survey on a Victorian building, before buying a flat there. We needed to reschedule once but they were very flexible to accommodate our needs. After the survey Fayyaz was very kind to share a quick summary on the phone about their findings so we could proceed with the mortgage. The full report itself arrived roughly a week later. It's very thorough, full of pictures and a summary with quotes of what should be done on the long run. Overall they have been very professional and we're glad we've found ZFN.

Zaid really helped me out with a problem I was having with some building work that was being done at my house. Would recommend to anyone! Zaid was on text before we’d even chosen our surveyor, answering a million questions and putting us at ease. We noted a few things we wanted special attention with in the property and he texted us as soon as the survey was finished to put us at ease. The report was good, clear photos and description. We just found Zaid so easy to deal with and that extra communication sets ZFN above other surveyors, that and the good price.
