Brilliant service from start to finish. Website very user friendly, order confirmed promptly and the delivery service was outstanding. We had emails specifying despatch date, emails confirming actual despatch, then anticipated delivery time and FINALLY contact from the carrier giving arrival time within an hour. The boots arrived to the minute at the start of the one hour arrival window advised.

I am really pleased with my Parcours. Had good grip on incredibly slippy mud and very comfortable. By the time I got home they looked really clean-not sure how that happens! Very fast delivery even on the free delivery-and easy to track, with an hour time slot given on the day. Fantastic!

Website was easy to use, paypal accepted, which is good as some sites don't accept debit cards. Items arrived within 48 hours and were all there (it was a large order). They were well packaged and the courier sent text updates at delivery times. The service as a result was perfect. Can't fault them for anything. Will buy from them again when I need similar goods. This was my second purchase from Easy Wellies. I got very helpful advice on the phone, ordered very easily online (at an excellent price) and got very fast delivery (faster than promised, and that's happened both times). I'll be back.

It's hard to know how the service could have been better. The item was easy to order online with clear and concise instructions followed by an immediate e-mail confirmation. The delivery was made WITHIN 24 HOURS - excellent. I received a one hour window for the delivery time with the option to change the day or make alternative arrangements and I was even able to follow the progress of the delivery driver on an online map with realtime updates of where he was and when he would reach me. The actual delivery was made a few minutes into the indicated one hour slot and the item was well packaged. It does not get better than this.
