The wellies I ordered arrived within 2 days or so. I received an email giving me the tracking number, and another email once the parcel had been delivered - I don't see how the service could be improved in any way!

The first boots bought were not in my size. I thiought I could get away with it as I have done in the past, but no such luck this time. We ordered a different make and the correct size. The old cliche comes to life:- In that you cannot get a Rolls Royce by paying mini prices. They were more expensive but worth every penny in the long run. I have had cheap wellies in the past, sometimes lasting only weeks, but with the quality on handling these goods, I have every confidence in their ability to last a long, long time. I walk my dog twice a day over muddy roads, boggy fields and sometimes waterlogged and uneven Norfolk marshes. These boots are just perfect, warm, comfortable and cozy with the added bonus of knowing my feet are going to remain dry.

What a fantastic service, from first enquiring about the BOGS lifetime manufacturers warranty to easy wellies, they responded straight away, on the back of this I purchased my BOGS and am so pleased, they fit like a glove, they already feel warm and I can;'t wait for the snow to come to try them out. I live and die in my wellies as I walk my two dogs at least 4 times a day and this includes over the muddy fields and through the woods, so they need to be good - so far brilliant :)
