During the site visit (in advance of the work), Steve explained various approaches, and investigated the safety of my house wiring before giving a detailed quote. During the job, Chris was professional, friendly and respectful throughout, and made a very neat finish of all the components fitted. To his credit, Chris re-visited me in Tunbridge Wells first thing the following morning when I asked for a tweak. Really delighted with the results.
