Bad customer service. Product came with a hole. Refused to exchange or refund. Scammy business.

In searching for a particular style of shirt online, I came across Clothing Shop Online's ad for it, and it was on sale. I have never used this company before, so I take a peek at the reviews, so I could decide whether it was worth it. There were mixed reviews, which I'm sure most reviews have good/bad reviews. So I decided to pull the trigger, because the price point was significantly below what it was selling for elsewhere. I received notice of my order immediately after, got a shipment notice not too long after, and received it within 4-5 days! I will be returning to make more purchases of this particular shirt, because its such a great deal! I recommend it.

Hice un pedido de varios productos que jamás me enviaron.He cruzado muchos mails con atencion al cliente de la tienda para que me los volvieran a enviar o me devolvieses el dinero.No ha habido forma ni de recuperar los productos ni que devuelvan el dinero. Un mes después continua sin resolverse.Es una estafa.

No refund of £100 order that I did not receive Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

I ordered several items from the Clothing Store Online and first, none of the items have tags on them so if they’re gifts you may want to know that. Second, hoodies were stated to be 30 inches long on the body yet were only 27 inches. Third, the hoodies were supposed to be “Heavy” which they are not in my opinion. However, their customer service is great!

Worst Customer Service. Placed an order for over $5000 for an event, Clothing Company did a mistake in my address causing the order to deliver after our event date. Custom service would not attempt to help and causing our company so much loss. Would not recommend even if it is the only company in the market. Terrible Customer service

This is complete scam. They take the money and send completely unrelated random items, and there is nothing you can do about it. Their customer care does not exist, even the email bounces. Don't waste your money, however good the offers are; they give such offers because they never intend to deliver any of the items to you.

I couldn't even rate it 1 star. I needed to return a dress that didn't fit to Zapaka. They have made my life a misery. Firstly, they want photos of your return, then the courier tracking number. Then a month later, after the courier has tried on several times to deliver, they couldn't. No one answers the telephone number that Zapaka gave the courier company to try and contact them. They have fobbed me off on numerous emails and no refund given. Trying to send it back, costs more money than the dress. So if you want to return something, this is not the Company for you to buy off as it has to go back to China.

Apparently ship 24/48hours after order but still nothing, reading other reviews this is clearly a scam as they have failed to respond or update me. Will have to go through bank to refund

I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.

Fraud site, when you will open the courier it will have all torn waste products.
