Amazing easy to build trade standards. Definitely use again

Bought two kits to make a double door. Not opened up the packages yet, hopefully no problems. Instructions state that the wooden frame work should be 75mm. This is nigh on impossible to get. Regularised CLS studding is nominally 75mm, but is actually 70mm. Rocket doors know this and are changing their frames to 70mm to fit the available timber. To say that it would have been useful to know this in advance is a bit of an understatement.

Great bit of kit and reasonable price compared to others. Communication excellent. I was doing something a bit unusual with my frame by having it on its side and advise was provided to help. Some parts were received damaged and they dealt with the problem quickly and sent out replacement parts quickly and with additional protection. Well recommended.

Bought two of these for my celler. They needed shortening to fit, but as an engineer this posed no propblem other than voiding the warranty. Very clever design, and even my nit picking celler construction engineer was impressed. Both now in and functioning. One downer, the instructions make Ikeas look good. They need some more enlarged details in places. They do give a link to a video, but woith no reception in the underground, it was not really much help. Service from the young lady at the office was wonderful, and their delivery driver followed my instructions perfectly. Great experience. Howard Walker

Rocket Pockets Doors offer a great product at a very competitive price. I recently purchased a pocket door frame which included Free handle. The frame itself is very steady and solid making it very easy to position accordingly. Your able to download / view the instructions, along with a technical page to help establish the correct size frame before placing an order. After placing the order, i received it before the expected delivery date, also customer service were able to handle my query promptly. * Double check the frame size options with a carpenter/ builder, as i made the slight mistake of choosing a small frame for a small door -which i could have order slightly larger. However, i am extremely satisfied with the overall product.

Staff very helpful, but struggled with some questions. Product was is good but the extension for a wider wall are not wide enough and had to make it work using another method.

Having read previous reviews, I was expecting a perfect product, i was slightly disappointed. Firstly, the frame is manufactured to fit into a 75mm stud (3"X2"). Planed timber isn't available 75mm wide, the nearest is 70mm. The whole stud had to be built out 5mm to fit. The stud was prepared, perfectly square and plumb and exactly to the measurements given in the instructions. I then fitted the assembled frame to the top rail of the stud to find it swinging 10mm above the floor. I double checked my measurements and my stud opening was exact. This meant I had to add 10mm to the top rail to make it fit correctly. With 12.5mm plaster board fitted the finished wall seems very flimsy, I am hoping that is more solid when the architraves are fitted.
