Not very friendly and not thorough

Honest and transparent. I needed an urgent boiler maintenance and they were able drop by as soon as they had availability. I was advised on 2 prices for standard maintenance/ strip down service whatever was best after inspection. In the end it was only the basic maintenance needed. They didn't try to scam me into the other or push me in order to pay more. I knew exactly what I was going to pay. We had a thorough discussion on replacing my boiler, again they didn't push me as being honest that I didn't need to anytime soon. I appreciated their honestly. Have recommended them to other flat owners in the building.

Huge thanks to Arib and the team for a highly professional job fitting a wireless thermostat to my boiler. I've used Gas Zone before and they are always highly professional, great booking system and invoice software with a polite and courteous team who are always respectful and tidy in my home. I would definitely recommend them. The radiator, boiler and thermostat work have all been fantastic and working perfectly - thank you Gas Zone for an excellent job.
