Australia | 30 November 2018Shipping to Australia was slow. 14days from order date. Timberlands boots that I ordered were scuffed and creased, showing signs they have been worn a couple times, probably exchanged and re sold on to me. Disappointing.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2018I would give a 5, as the delivery was quite quick and the tracking was decent, however I find it unacceptable to deliver the wrong size of shoes, I ordered a 8 and received an 8.5 even the box says 8, obviously their mistake, I will not return as the difference is not too bad however some people may be annoyed with such a thing. Don't know if mine is just a rare case but I'm not sure I will use this website again..
