I had my video appt 72 hours ago and I was approved/recommended now I am waiting for an email from the state I guess? The reply I got back was I was well on my way of getting my card and the I was asked what state was i in, then I was told they didn’t know who I was.... I needed to give more identity proof,,,,so I can only conclude at this time the company doesn’t know who I am or where I am at,,, so how do I believe them when they say I am well on my way. How do they know this? I am so confused

What a great experience. The doc was completely professional, quick and to the point. So willing to answer any of the questions that I had. I felt completely safe in talking about my situation. I completely recommend veriheal to any interested in receiving their medical card.

Great support team helped me when I had a small proublem with paperwork. Veriheal was suggested to me by a friend best decision I made.

I had virtually no problems using veriheal and got approved quickly and just waiting on the state now. Personally I do not have the best insurance and avoid doctors and such but these products have always helped and I can afford them given my financial situation so a service like what veriheal has built is definitely beneficial for those like me. This is a doctor visit I can actually look forward to every year. Also some super nice people that work here and will work closely with you whenever you have questions. Happy to leave this review.

Don’t recommend them to anyone unfortunately. I was so excited. Their ad seems so easy and straight forward. The doctor never showed up to my appointment. I rescheduled for 5pm AZ time and was scheduled for 2pm AZ time which was inconvenient. So I called back and just decided to get a refund but couldn’t get the full refund because of the $39 cancellation fee. I had asked to make sure my appointment was cancelled and after talking to 2 different people it has not been cancelled!! I do not want to get charged for a no show. I just want to cancel and get my refund back. I hated writing a horrible review but after I did my problems were resolved my appointment was cancelled and I was given a full refund. Thank you!

This was super easy to do, I went online did the prep work which only takes about 15 minutes to do, later the same day had a video chat Dr appointment which was very professional and informative. I highly recommend this service
