I scheduled my appointment for my renewal, payed the fee, and joined the call. Waited 30 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I tried calling support but the agent hung up on me. Called again and got a new appointment. That’s an hour of my time wasted. We’ll see if the doctor actually shows up though. Overall, the waste of time is not worth the money. Go to a more trusted doctor who values your time EDIT: second appointment was a success. Doctor was on time and pleasant to work with.

When they say they’ll get your money back it’s a lie I been waiting since April 25th for my refund and yet to have it when you try to call customer service no one picks up. When you do get ahold of anyone thru the chat they say there’s no record of you but I got a paper trail of records sHowing my records woth Veriheal
