Qaleen has become my go to for quality rugs. I have found the buying process to be as close to a “concierge” shopping experience as possible. My first rug was purchased about a year ago and the challenge was to find another Bokhara that complimented one I already owned. Yasir was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and advised on a perfect match. This year, I purchased an additional two rugs , one which Yasir sourced for me at my request. He has always taken that extra step , communicated daily and shipped expediently . The process has been remarkable in both product content and service. Five stars is not enough!

I am so very happy with both my new green Bokhara rug and my experience with Qaleen. The rug is gorgeous and very well made. I have several expensive Persian carpets, so I'm pretty picky. The quality level of this rug is excellent, and the price was exceptional! I was looking for a very specific rug and found exactly what I was looking for on the Qaleen website after much searching. I was concerned about buying from an unknown seller and picked up the phone and called customer service on a Saturday. I was delighted to actually speak with Yasir, who immediately won me over with his responsiveness and knowledge. He stayed in touch throughout the entire ordering and delivery process to ensure that I was happy. I recommend Qaleen very highly for the discerning and careful rug buyer!

I was looking for a specific style, size and color of rug and found it on the website. There was an understandable delay because of the pandemic, but I was kept informed and my rug is now here. It's perfect, just want I wanted. Great service.
