Good service

I tried various masks in the early days but once I found these there was no comparison! They are absolutely the best. Comfortable, well fitting and lovely soft fabric. Additionally a great selection of designs and they wash well. I have built up a stock for my husband and I and also bought them for my grandchildren. Highly recommend them and well worth the cost to feel safer.

Love these masks! I brought 12 in total. Different patterns are lovely and always getting compliments. I do find the fit varies on some of them but I don’t find them uncomfortable to wear and very little gapping. They are robust as some have been washed a lot and have not lost shape or colour. I hope they bring out some more spring colours soon.

Not great masks. If you wear it loose it's comfortable, but you get BIG gaps due to the lack of nose wire/stiffener. If you wear it very tight to (try to) close the gaps, it becomes very uncomfortable. I'd recommend Vistaprint masks, much better fit.

So many great designs to choose from, comfortable to wear and easy to breath in. The customer service team was very helpful and once I made an order it was delivered within 3 working days as promised. I will be purchasing again when another mask is needed.

Quick delivery and a bargain! I bought 10 pacamasks and got them for only £4.99 which for triple layered masks that also look and fit well I was very happy. Speedy delivery also.

Up to now I have been using two carefully designed and fitted homemade masks, but decided I needed a bigger supply of masks as we are now in a higher tier. The Pacamasks are very nicely made and the fabric comfortable against the skin. However mine all fell straight off my face. The ear loops are totally insufficient for all wearers. Untightened the mask has gaps all round, and the tighter I adjusted the more it pulled it my ears forward. I have now modified the masks with additional elastic to secure at the back of the head and added a channel for a nose wire, to close the fit, which other reviewers have mentioned as being necessary. I also feel the claims for this product 'high breathability', 'anti-fogging' (rubbish) and 'safe' based on anti-bacterial properties are misleading. Frankly, with hindsight, I don't understand why anyone would pay full-price for these: I bought a pack of 3 and consider that was close to a rip-off. For a few pence more Pacamask could improve these masks substantially. As others have stated they only show the 5-star ratings. I had to hunt for the others using search words 'Pacamask complaints' which is where I discovered others do list a similar catalogue of dissatisfactions as myself.

Love their masks.The masks arrived within 2 days. Comfortable masks and quality masks. However, I do hope they make more child size masks so that you have more options. If you have a small face I suggest you to get child size ones. Customer Care is very helpful with any issues.

Expected more after reviews. Waste of money and time. Reviews misleading - does NOT stop fogging of glasses. Pressure after sales. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

I'd previously bought masks which were poor quality so I had asked quite a few questions to the customer service team and they were fantastic. I bought a large pack of masks through the offer they had and I couldn't be happier with my order. Great styles to choose from and they make a great change to the masks I was using before.

Did lots of research before choosing this company. Ticked absolutely every box and the website was easy to use and understand unlike some others. Recommended them to a colleague who has already used them too. Super quick delivery and high quality. You’re biggest issue will be deciding which style / design as there such a great choice and the quality is already taken care of. I’ll be back for more. Highly recommend to everyone!

Pacamasks advertising is so misleading I consider it to be dishonest. Although they do not outrightly say they are safer than other masks by repeatedly mentioning their antibacterial layer of some special scientifically proven silver blah blah blah. This strongly suggests they are superior, with regard to safety, to other mask on the market. You can see from other peoples review that their dishonest advertising woks as people state how safe they feel in the mask and how comfortable they are to go outside wearing this mask. I hope people realise COVID is a virus. Their special silver layer is anti-bacterial. This mask has no extra protection against the COVID virus. At a time when people are panicking to try and keep safe Pacamask manufactures have done nothing more than exploit this for money. Releasing and charging extra money for an antibacterial mask when what we need is protection against a VIRUS. Advertising at its best.......misleading, immoral, dishonest and exploiting people at their most vulnerable and I bet they do not give it a second thought.

Customer service lets them down. Masks received are of good quality and size. Excellent that you can easily adjust them for the right fit. I also purchased two Ion cases, however one of them cannot be used as it's damaged (the hinge is cracked / broken). I contacted customer service via their website contact form back in October 2020 on the day the order arrived and they are yet to respond - if this had been resolved then it would have been a 5 star rating, its the only thing that has let them down.
