Easy site for ordering, fast delivery and better still after one week of taking this supplement I can actually make a strong fist, something I haven’t been able to do for 12 months due to arthritis in my fingers. Don’t think it’s just yo do with warmer weather as I had no real strength in my hands during the summer months. Long may it continue!
