After waiting 10 days to get money I won on a game I got an email telling me all bets were paid out despite screenshots showing the opposite. Customer service utterly useless.

I opted in to one of Fabulous Bingo's promotions to wager £50 on Jackpot King slots and within 72 hours of the end of the promotion would receive a share of £2000. The share pot never happened so I went onto live chat. They credited my account with £4.34 as the share pot. A friend of mine did exactly the same promotion and wagered the same as me £50 got £12.12!. How is this an equal share pot? I went on to live chat and they actually told me that the share pot is customer specific ! How can that be? a share pot is a share pot. Can't be trusted. Avoid at all costs. Crooks.

Iv purposely deposited to see the rating for pay or winnings and you would be lucky when first joined but after that pays out about £10 to spending £110 so loving the secret shopper as I get to spend and see how shops or sites are rated . And this one is definitely I’m posting as your going to be wasting or chasing if you have an issue on sites and deposit. This site will make you chase your losses and doesn’t pay out . Dreadful site. Blocked account as contacted through a different email due to mine being hacked. Explained this, customer service rep was yawning down the phone. Professional. Still locked out. Used to be OK and used to pay quite a lot of the times I deposited especially cash collects but since they updated the site and gave it a new look its gone so downhill nothing pays anymore and OMG I jave never decided to close an account before but I have done just that. The lag on the actual site, the unresponsive slots when pressing on one, the freezing of the site completely so you have to refresh your browser which makes you have to log back in and then the slot tab actually works and attempts to load the slot only to be stuck on a black screen I've finally had enough coz I'm either gonna end up with a broken screen from tapping it 1,000,000 times for it to do anything or I'm gonna have no hair left coz I swear I was that close to just tearing it out.
