Beautiful meat, friendly prompt service!

We are so happy with our purchase. We got Beef and Lamb Medium box and the quality is amazing. We won’t be going back to supermarkets. This will be our monthly meat shop. Would highly recommend, the quality and value is amazing

Very happy with McKenzies meats. I live in Melbourne and I read about this company online in a Facebook group. I was looking for grass-fed and finished organic meat. From placing my order to checking in with me about the quality and delivery service. I have to say this business really puts customer service first. Their meat is good quality and the sausages were the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend. They even shared a recipe with me for how to cook brisket. I have it in the oven as we speak. I will continue to order and recommend to my friends

I purchased Seafood (oysters, fish and prawns). For Good Friday. Arrived at my door on Thursday. No notice no telephone call. I arrived home at 3 pm. The package was already warm and had a horrible smell. I reached out to McKenzies meat asking when the order was delivered. They advised it was delivered around 1ish. I advised them the food was off and the product was warm with one ice brick that was hot. The package was not left in the sun at my front door. I requested a full refund. I spoke to Tom and he was investigating but advised the delivery was 9 am. I have emailed and called and i am still waiting for a refund. Do not order seafood from this company. The product they sell is already off which they are selling as fresh to the consumer.

Meat could have been cut thicker

The order process was easy. Great customer service. McKenzie's Meats honoured a delivery price on their website which was an error on their side. Delivery went ahead with no hitches as scheduled.The meat itself is excellent quality and I'll definitely buy from them again.

Love McKenzie’s! Once you get used to quality grass fed and finished meat you can’t go back to generic grocery store meat.

Product is excellent, slightly concerned about delivery vehicle, meat was not really as cold as expected since the boxes were sitting on the back seat of a hatchback for about 4 hours. Very very happy with the product though! Will be ordering again!
