Alan always goes that extra mile and came out to the car to show me exactly how to fix those annoying light beam deflectors before departure. Samiul is relatively new and is highly efficient, polite and helpful. Thank you Bristos!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2019Disappointing contact with the Marriott Motor Group. I contacted the VW dealership at Bury St Edmonds and had some questions about a particular vehicle they were selling. The sales guys sent me a video that was quite deceptive. Clearly integrity is not a high virtue for the selling staff, or at least the guy I spoke to. He also doesn't seem to have much confidence in his own product as his defence to my question was "Roof’s not working on convertibles is a common problem..."
