As a first time new customer I completed their on-line questionnaires for my dogs and was at the check-out. Before purchasing I wanted to know the calories per oz to verify their daily recommendation aligned with my vet's recommendation. I also wanted to know the quantity of food I was paying for to compare with other brands. I spent 21 minutes on chat and was unable to get this information, I tried to call but had to schedule a call so I sent an e-mail. After 3 e-mails to a CS rep that could not read I still didn't have the information. After all this aggravation I never placed my $240 order. If a company will not be transparent with their guaranteed analysis I will not feed it to my dogs. My dogs love Farmers Dog, Ollie and Just Foods so I rotate and combine for variety, without any aggravation.

Very expensive and does not care about their customers. I ordered a trial for my dog that I just rescued. And got an email stating that I had only 3 days to cancel. It was a holiday weekend and I did not get a chance to see my emails. The email said “This one is set to process on Sep 04 2023 and will ship shortly after.If you'd like to make any modifications to this order, please login to your customer portal, or get in touch with our Customer Care team by emailing or texting.You have until 5pm ET the day before.” That paragraph is so misleading since it states a sept 4th date. Then say we had until the day prior at 5pm ET. My time zone is not Eastern time so I had even less time to cancel. They should’ve also said clearly to cancel by sept 4th not phrase it in a way where it makes you think you can still cancel on sept 4th. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I read the email on sept 4th 1am in my time zone. Of course, you are not able to contact them right away at that time. I cancelled the subscription on the website. The next morning, I received an email saying that it’s already been shipped. I reached out right away just for them to ignore my issue and tell me it’s too late to cancel. I find it hard to believe that they already ship and packaged everything that quickly and not allowing customers to cancel or give them a courtesy. That was not enough time for me to cancel and cancelling online only led to cancelling the next month’s meals. This is so expensive and unaffordable and they will do nothing to help you out. The only thing they offered was for you to donate all the food for 50% off refund. That does not help at all when I’m giving away expensive product I already can’t afford and for 50% off.. not even a full refund for me to give my dogs food away. This is very disappointing and I see others have felt the same way in other reviews before mine.

Horrible communication, customer experience, and remediation of issues. Food is good, but that is the only positive thing I can write. I’ve been subscribing for about a year and a half now, and I’m canceling my subscription as soon as I can get my dog transitioned to new food. So tired of dealing with inaccessibility of customer service (there is no number to call; only chat bots are available) and their supply chain and logistics issues (certain foods are often completely unavailable). The specifics of my most recent issue, which has push me over the edge: My order was canceled by the company because their “carrier could not pick it up.” They did not notify me about this cancellation. I had to proactively reach out to the company to find out where my order was. And then they refused to overnight a replacement shipment. No matter that dogs are reliant on the food they eat and cannot switch foods overnight. This company knows they are holding their customers for ransom. I’m done.

I write this raving review even though my Pup hasn't really taken to the food....yet. We're still working on that however. Spot & Tango is a company I find to be of great INTEGRITY. After receiving my order I got a phone call from a representative checking on my Pup & the food. After explaining his rejection of the meal, I was offered suggestions on how to incorporate the meals into his diet, promptly issued a full refund (without request), and suspended future deliveries. Spot & Tango stand behind their words of "money back guaranteed"& exhibit outstanding customer service. For this reason primarily & various others, I would recommend doggie moms & dads give this product a try. Beside that, having a healthier dog is one of the greatest advantages.

First time trying it. I was having trouble getting my picky fur baby to eat her food. Mixing in the packets with her kibble really helped. Now she eats everything I serve her. I’m definitely going to keep ordering it for her.

My dog, Chico, is the actual pickiest dog in the world. He was on fresh food would go days without eating it every once in a while or would take all day to eat. I’ve tried so many options on the market and in my 3 years of looking I saw an ad about Spot & Tango. He instantly ate a whole bowl as soon as i put it down. So happy I came across this and can’t recommend it enough for the picky eaters. I bought the sample bag first to test it and worth every penny.

I adopted my Elliot from a local rescue about 6 months ago. I first gave him a high quality kibble that had great reviews. He hated it. I couldn’t get him to eat. I tried 3 other foods after this and still food time wasn’t something he cared about in the least. I’d never had this experience before. Then I was scrolling through my instagram and came across one of my favorite dog pages, @elliegoldenlife. His dogs just seemed so happy to get their food. I figured it was worth a try. I could not be more happy with the results. Elliot loves his new food so much. He can’t wait for meal time and he doesn’t leave even a morsel left in his bowl. I am honestly so relieved that I finally found the right food for my baby. Thank you @elliegoldenlife for making such a fantastic recommendation and thank you so much to Spot and Tango for making such an exceptional quality food that my boy just loves.

RIP_OFF - I signed up for a trial of the dog food. After the trial (first bag of food) I tried to cancel, but their customer service system would not accommodate. They sent me an email a couple weeks later stating that my next order in the subscription was being processed. I immediately sent back an email advising them that I did not want the order and to cancel my account. They said I was too late. I was notified by FedEx two days later that they picked the order from S&T and I would receive a 0.8 lbs package in a couple days. My CC account was charged $140 for two small bags of dog food that I do not want/need. S&T have forced me to file a claim with my CC bank.

We have two dogs that love Spot & Tango. Our Lab has a sensitive tummy and she is doing great on the beef and barley kibble. Our Japanese Chin is extremely finicky and is loving his new food. The treats have been a big hit with our pups too. The customer service team has been great answering our questions.

Our 3 year old dog really likes the Unkibble and we are very pleased with the highly nutritional ingredients the company puts into it. We were very pleased with the discount the first two weeks to verify how well our dog adapted to the change of food. We plan to continue using this product for a long time. We only wish it was not quite as expensive but you have to pay for quality products.

I have a very picky active Brittany.. I researched all the fresh foods and decided to try Spot&Tango. I love the ingredients and best of all so does Hank! Love that I have found a food that I like for nutritional values and he loves!!

We ran out of food 3 days ago because the fulfillment center is so slow. Dog food transition time is consuming so I found it necessary to CANCEL this service & switch to another fresh food service, Ollie, that quickly got a shipment to me in 2 days. S&T charged my cc 7 days ago but shipment notification wasn’t received until today. One week ago Customer Service told me they could not expedite my order despite my concern about running out. S&T was a disappointing experience as my dog truly LOVED the food and the delicious looking food is conveniently unit-dosed for a single meal.

The ordering process was simple and easy! Changing the date for "auto shipments" was easy via the website, and communication with the employees is very effective. My pup LOVES his new Chicken and Brown Rice "Unkibbles," and since introducing it into his diet, ALL OF HIS DIARRHEA HAS STOPPED!!! It's been such a blessing to see him enjoying his food and having very healthy "poops!"
