I have ordered my washing machines online and paid for washing machine and delivery service and I got online invoice with a delivery detail with date and time to arrive 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I took off day to receive my order waiting all day finally at 5:30 call the office no answer. Next day when I called they the gave me unbelievable excuses as we are based in Manchester it’s a mistake we can’t deliver to London and we will refund my payment after my huge disappointment and wasting my day off

Installation was quick and efficient. Job done in five minutes. Only used the machine once but so far so good. Pleased with the price. It also came with a year's warranty, and pledge to replace it with a machine of equal value if it fails. Overall, very happy.

I've had a fantastic experience so far with Gary. We initially connected via Facebook, and he's been professional, friendly, and very responsive. Quickly scheduled a visit to assess the issue and clearly explained the potential problems and solutions. He's repairing my daughter, who's a young mum, and his understanding and considerate approach have been greatly appreciated. His honest approach is refreshing and he even stopped us from buying a dud. While the repair is still pending, I'm confident that Gary's expertise and excellent customer service will lead to a great outcome. Highly recommend him based on our interactions so far!

Would be 0 stars booked a delivery for 29th December waited all day not arrived, then contacted company 2nd Jan they said oh we weren't open and on top of that item sold and website not updates, appauling service why have deliveries available if youre not open are you that rubbish of a company you can't update working hours before going on holiday? NEVER use these lot waste your time and I have raised complaint and refund disgusting service

I had no receipt of purchase, no contact until I got a refund and no reason why. So will not buy from you again or recommend.

Great Price, product, and value for money.Website very unclear around shipping, upstairs’ delivery cost. Needs to be better designed and clearer for the customer. Delighted with the quality of the Washer would have been five stars, but delivery was very mixed up

Absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with our oven occur on Saturday/Sunday, was able to get an appointment on Monday morning. Extremely efficient and lovely people. Will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks Gary and wife(sorry don't know the name :))
