The ordering and downloading process was easy, and the instructions were fairly straightforward. I had an issue with the activation key though, that I spent hours on and my school's IT department couldn't figure it out either. When I got in touch with StudentDiscounts.com they emailed back quickly and sent me a link to be able to give them remote desktop access.
