We were called out to attend an overflowing toilet by Generational Homes which we attended and the customer was delighted. We duly forwarded an invoice with the promise of payment within 24 hours. However, 2 weeks later, we are still awaiting payment and they have ceased communication despite the fact we know that the insurance has settled the claim.

I cannot thank Generational Homes and Daniel in particular for the speedy and efficient manner in which the company dealt with storm damage to our house roof. From first contact to completion of repairs by the contractor he assigned in less than 24 hours! At every point in the process I was kept well informed and treated courteously. Many thanks
