Have been using Lee's services for more years than I can remember, my computers don't go anywhere else. First of all I took my computer to Currys after being SCAMD. They said that they could sort the problem out for me. After 7 days they phoned me and informed me that my machine was irreparable. Not be-leaving this I took my computer to ILL IT Solutions in Chadwell Heath, Romford. My computer would not work at all, After 3 days he had it working again. Yes, I had to reset some things, but that is a small price to pay. Lee was someone who knows what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone, Thank you Lee. Our Windows 10 Desktop was having a nervous breakdown and we had to replace it with a new Windows 11. Lee was able to save all our documents, photos, emails, contacts and favourites, etc. He always kept us in the picture. He showed us test results showing the old computer was failing, kept us fully informed of his progress tranferring data and also was not overly expensive for all the work he carried out. We would highly recommend Lee and use him again if we have any IT problems.
