My honest experience with this company has been great so far. I purchased a game from them a while ago and the whole process seemed pretty quick and straightforward along with their responses when I needed help or had questions. When I had a problem getting into the account that came with my first purchase, I emailed them and requested a refund, which I got back pretty quick and asked for some help as well. I then made another purchase for that same game and got another account which worked. A while after that purchase, I emailed them because I had a problem getting into the account. I think it was just PlayStation problems, however I provided the information about what happened and they got back to me fairly quickly and provided me with another account for no charge and it works. I appreciate their work and help.

AVOID! Every time I go to play, I have to contact customer support and wait for their reply... What a joke. Their latest fix, simply does not work anymore and I am sick of fiddling with accounts and settings. Not worth the lost time and frustration.
