I initially wasn’t aware that the account I bought was shared. When I lost access unexpectedly, I thought I had lost my money, and communication from support was slow at first. However, after I reached out again and raised my concerns, the company handled the situation professionally and fully transferred the account to me. I appreciate them resolving the issue, and they were quick to make things right. If you’re buying from them, just be aware of how their system works. The staff has handled the misunderstanding very well, and even compensated me for the trouble.

Ottimi, soprattutto per l'assistenza, giorno di lancio del gioco, piccolo problema, li contatto alle 23:00 e mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti, scambio di mail quasi in tempo reale ed in 5 minuti avevo risolto tutto. Farò sicuramente altri acquisti da loro!
