Just made a high value purchase this week and from start to finish they were very accommodating,not your normal pushy sales person and everyday that your in touch with them along the process it just feels easy. I've now got a vehicle that's a beautiful example which was left immaculate for collection and after returning home in my new vehicle received a call the following day to ask me how the drive home was and whether I enjoyed it and was happy with the purchase. The way you're looked after with the business shows the qualities of an independently run business that care about the customer and whatever they sell to you. These make the main dealers seem rubbish. I can't fault a moment in their care and I would happily return to do future business.thank you.

As far as Trustpilot reviews go you can easily add positive reviews from friends, family and other accounts but the real measure of a business is always going to be the amount of negative reviews and what they say. I would strongly suggest you read all the experiences of customers, especially those that have posted bad reviews - many share similar stories. If you are considering buying a car I would avoid.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2024We saw a £13,495 Audi A3 advertised on Autotrader and agreed to pay the full price, paid a £515 deposit (charged an additional 3% for using a credit card) and arranged to collect it. We received a call the evening before collection stating that we needed to pay an additional 'admin fee' of £300. This was not part of the agreed/advertised price on Autotrader so we challenged it. Autotrader guidance to sellers states: "As a retailer you have a duty to ensure that the final price payable, including any unavoidable and foreseeable components must be clearly advertised to the potential buyer, including on marketplaces like ours". Evolve Motor Group do not follow this guidance as the price shown on Autotrader is not what you will be asked to pay. When this was challenged Evolve Motor Group stated that it is the customers responsibility to research what the final price will be and not their responsibility. It is unclear who we we spoke to at Evolve Motor Group as they gave us several names such as 'Sam Jones' and stated the managing director was 'Mark' (they refused to provide a last name as they said it was against GDPR rules). Companies house shows two directors - Moksod and Shajahan Ali (this appears to be the same as other reviews), evidently there is no director called 'Mark'. You will note another review where a customer has reported abusive language being used, we were subject to that over a number of calls. Evolve Motor Group agreed and disagreed several times to refund our deposit but eventually said they will not. We have a number of WhatsApp messages sent to us stating they will "see us in court" etc. Evolve Motor Group have taken over £500 from us and are refusing to return it. The Customer Contract Regulations (CCR) 2013 and distance/online selling law set out strict rules that should stop these practices but Evolve Motor Group ignore this. Everything is being referred to Mastercard fraud prevention, Autotrader cutomer security and Trading Standards. Advice is to avoid this seller at all cost because if they behave like this before you have even bought your car it is pretty obvious you will be taking a huge risk.
