June product arrived with a note from Royal Mail saying it was underpaid by the sender and I had to pay an additional £1.55 to have it released - emailed Simply Moss and customer service very defensive and said I should take it up with the Royal Mail. July product didn't arrive - received what looked like an automated email saying it was refunded. No explanation given. Emailed customer service multiple times with no acknowledgment or response. Website now says subscription cancelled without any discussion or explanation. Not sure if they're having financial difficulties or a scam company but customer service clearly dreadfully unreliable; wouldn't ever use them again.

United Kingdom | 25 May 2024Would highly recommend Simply Moss, they deliver fast with great packaging for the jars. And capsule can go through your letter box and ypu can subscribe so you dona have to reorder when you run out.

United Kingdom | 13 May 2024I ordered 2 jars of seamoss, and a few days later only one arrived. In due course, the second jar was eventually delivered. The first jar had green mould in it and the second jar had about 1/3 missing as there was a very large air bubble down one side. I contacted the company providing them with photographic evidence requesting either a refund, or a fresh deliver of goods. As yet I have not received a response.

United Kingdom | 25 April 2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Zero customer service. Never received the item I paid for. When I contacted them multiple times I was told in broken English in emails that didn’t make grammatical sense that it was nothing to do with them and to contact Royal Mail.

I think if customer service had been better I wouldn't have felt the need to write the review. Have not received items I have paid for. I have tried to get in touch with the company but have not received a reply despite trying different ways. Shocking customer service which is a shame as I liked the product & would have subscribed for a regular delivery

United Kingdom | 07 March 2024Good luck if you use this company, I hope you don't need to contact the Customer Services as the Customer is definitely not right with this company! I ordered from this company on 22nd February and received a dispatch notification on 24th. Sea Moss Gel is meant to be kept refrigerated, so as I had not received my order by 4th March, I contacted this company to enquire about my order. When I received a tracking notification with the original tracking number, I contacted Simply Moss again as I was extremely concerned that the order would have been in transit for too long and asked for a refund. I received a SHOUTY CAPITAL response stating that the batch had been made fresh on 5th ( I have no way of verifying this as the tracking number used was from the original order). The Customer Service is non existent, sarcastic and rude and when I contacted Royal Mail about the tracking, they informed me that the company should be sending their items in refrigerated packaging with 'perishable item' on the packaging too, neither of which they do! As a side note, there are no expiration dates on the jars even though their directions say to refer to them!!
