Product as described and quick delivery

It was a bit difficult to use the website to order the shelter. It arrived quickly and the delivery was very straight forward. The shelter appeared to have been sent with some of the wrong parts so we had to add extra holes to drill it into the floor. Other than that it was fairly easy to construct and looks nice now that it is up.

Website wasn’t the greatest to navigate and quite old, however the service / delivery was excellent. Delivery said 2-6 weeks but came in a few days. It was very well priced compared to others online shops etc! Will definitely shop again. Well done.

Would have been perfect had it not been for the roof that had been supplied did not fit the item we actually purchased. We had a team of people on site ready to fit this, but they had to come back and finish the job once the correct roof had been sent on a subsequent date. We were however compensated eventually as Shelters4Less sent us some complementary internal seating for the shelter. Overall a good quality product.

We had an overall good experience. We never heard of them before but they had the best prices our there for what we were looking for. Delivery was faster than stipulated, very well packed. Everything went great! Would recommend it.
